After sending the bishfire review off for review and asking about progress, I received the following: I would suggest holding off on further amendments until a response is received from the NSW RFS, as they may require changes. I will be sure to contact you as soon as a response is received. The document is in review for almost four weeks now.

In the response to may clarification email, the Council advises that a desktop assessment is an acceptable option: Council will do a desktop assessment at this stage to save time and printing costs. It is a great move! On two occasions before I printed approximately 2 kilos of paper prints (2 full 500-page rims) of the documents the Council had to have in a hard copy. Campbelltown City Council forwards Bushfire Report for internal review

Campbelltown City Council advises that they received the updated copy of the Bushfire Protection report. The planner has forwarded the report for internal review by Council’s Environmental and Bushfire Teams to comment on. It is unknown how long the review will take. The council says: “As soon as I receive feedback I will let you know.”
